In 1996, the business was founded in Cape Coral, Florida as a real estate and vacation rental company with a handful of homes to manage and a few clients, mostly from overseas. More than 20 years later, we are one of the largest companies in Lee County when it comes to helping customers buy and sell real estate, offering annual rentals, handling property management and, of course, renting out vacation homes. Our vacation rentals department uses state-of-the-art software including an online booking portal with owner and agency access. Our proven channel management allows us, and therefore our home owners, to be connected to more than 100 of the best vacation rental portals, websites and booking agencies worldwide. We are able to communicate in five languages with renters and distribute our rental properties globally online.
The real estate division is responsible for helping buyers and sellers in achieving their goals. The marketing and renting of investment properties and annual rentals is in good hands of three full-time agents. Our office rents out properties very efficiently, very fast, and with diligent tenant background checks. Our commissions for the services we offer are lower than most of our competitors’ fees.
Finally, we are the largest German-American property management company in Lee County with about 90 years of combined know-how. Our ten full time employees maintain and manage more than 200 properties, and our award-winning property management portal puts us well ahead of the competition, offering convenient owner access, online bookkeeping, stored contracts and receipts, and much more.
