Perfect location for a beach getaway. We are located just steps to Edison Mall and near downtown Fort Myers historic location. Guests always rave about our location and love that all the restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.
The Residence Condominiums in Fort Myers is one of the best kept condominium complex in the area and is one of very few you will be able to walk to dozens of restaurants and shops.
The interior has a clean modern touch and gives a cozy feel as soon as you enter the door. The condo offers one bedroom with a queen size bed. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils. TV and WiFi are available also.
The Edison Mall is conveniently located in walking distance, offering a shopping and dining paradise to all its renters. The Historic Downtown District, the renewed public Fort Myers Golf Course, hospitals, I-75 as well as the Cape Coral bridge are all in close proximity.
Multiple beaches like Fort Myers Beach, Bonita's Barefoot Beach as well as Sanibel and Captiva Beaches are all within a 30 mile distance.
Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer. Start your day with a visit of the State of The Art Gym, take a swim in the heated pool and then relax poolside, soaking up some sun. Finish your day by playing pool at the club house or with a drink at the sun deck along the lake and watch the illuminated fountains dance in the moonlight or walk one of the many walk paths around the lake.
The home has a no pet policy! HOA approval needed - may take up to 14 days! There is a $100.00 HOA Application Fee for up to 2 people which will be charged separately.
