The Residence Condominiums in Fort Myers is one of the best kept condominium complex in the area and is one of very few you will be able to walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Hooters and Edison Shopping Mall with a variety of interesting shops are both literally in short walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes by car to the historic downtown and river district as well as the Edison Ford Winter Estates.

This fully equipped apartment comes with washer and dryer inside the unit, two TVs (living room and bedroom), WIFI, a screened balcony, and outside parking in front of the unit.
The interior has a clean modern touch and gives a cozy feel as soon as you enter the door. The condo offers three bedrooms one with a king size, one with a queen size and a one with a
bunk bed. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils.
