Cozy and charming one bedroom condo from 123cape.vacations in the heart of Fort Myers behind the Edison Mall - the largest indoor shopping Mall around.
The Residence Condominiums in Fort Myers is one of the best kept condominium complex in the area and is one of very few you will be able to walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Hooters and Edison Shopping Mall with a variety of interesting shops are both literally in short walking distance, and it’s only a few minutes by car to the historic downtown and river district as well as the Edison Ford Winter Estates.
This fully equipped apartment comes with washer and dryer inside the unit, two TVs (living room and bedroom), WIFI, a screened balcony, and outside parking in front of the unit.
The interior has a clean modern touch and gives a cozy feel as soon as you enter the door. The condo offers one bedroom with a king size bed. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and kitchen utensils and has a brand new foodi.
Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer. Start your day with a visit of the State of The Art Gym, take a swim in the heated pool and then relax poolside, soaking up some sun. Finish your day by playing pool at the club house or with a drink at the sun deck along the lake and watch the illuminated fountains dance in the moonlight or walk one of the many walk paths around the lake.
The Residence Condominiums have perfect accessibility to I-75 and the airport.
It’s closeness to most of the surrounding beaches makes this apartment a hidden gem: Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach are only about 30 minutes away via car, and the commute to the beaches around Bonita and Naples in the South and to Venice beach up north is only approximately 40 minutes.

The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 2 guests; no more guests allowed!

The condo is a one bedroom and I believe recently renovated.
It is nicely decorated suitable for a couple. It is located across from the Edison Outlet Mall which we enjoyed. The grounds, Clubhouse and Pool are kept immaculate. Grocery Stores and see more

Grocery Stores and Restaraunts are within a short drive. Car is highly recommended. Estero, Bonita Springs are within a 30-40 min drive. So is the Fort Myers Beach. |

I would highly suggest the Condo Board allow a BBQ at each Building, I did not like the idea of using BBQ at pool, too far a distance. People enjoy BBQing in the hot weather.
Kitchen could use ovenware. No ovenware at all, I had to buy baking shsee more
