This beautiful vacation home was built in 2005 and is located in a lovely neighborhood in SW Cape Coral on a Gulf access canal. The private dock (with Tiki hut) and boat lift are available to guests. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this piece of paradise offers a spacious floorplan with 2,252 SF of living area, 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds) and 2.5 baths, a well-equipped kitchen and a large great room. The pool area faces west and includes an electrically heated pool that can be enjoyed on cooler days, too. The tasteful furnishings and warm colors create a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, just perfect for a relaxing stay in the Sunshine State.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge $0.14 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out. The home has a no pet policy!

Label the pool light wall switch in the living room. We didn't know where it was. (Pool man showed us)
Verify the pool heater is working between guests. It wasn't working when we got there.

It was a great location. The house was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation. Was able to visit with family. Was very clean and well decorated. The pool area was nice. Did not like the yucca plant by the pool cut my hand and leg on shasee more

House was very comfortable and well appointed. Appliances all worked very well. We had excellent weather so the pool was in constant use and very nice. The location was good for access to food shopping and restaurants. The canal was nice to have - a see more
