Description
Surrounded by a tropical garden with numerous palm trees and flowering bushes, Villa Oasis by 123cape.vacadtions will serve as a true oasis of peace. Villa Oasis is in walking distance to Rosen Park.
When entering the house, the view falls through almost room-high glass sliding doors, which open completely to the side onto the pool area, so that the lines between indoors and outdoors seem to be blurred. On the Jen Air Grill, you can grill delicious steaks or hamburgers while enjoying a chilled beer. The electrically heated pool invites you to swim and relax all day long. What could be nicer than a refreshing swim in the pool after a long shopping day? Villa Oasis also has a attached pool bathroom.
There is another large terrace at the canal from which you can fish or dock a rental boat. From there you are in approx. 10 minutes on the Caloosahatchee River to explore the offshore islands of Cape Coral and Ft. Myers Beach - Have fun!
Now let's go back to the house: As usual with the typical Florida floor plan, you enter the formal living room after the entrance area. To the left is the master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a bathroom. The other living rooms and bedrooms are on the right side of the house. These are two formal dining areas, another living room with TV and 2 bedrooms with a bathroom in between. The white kitchen with dark worktop has a hatch to the terrace.
Rosen Park:
This neighborhood park and large saltwater boat launch facility offers access to the Gulf of Mexico via the Caloosahatchee River and is approximately 11.2 statute miles from the Sanibel Causeway Bridge. Each of the two boat ramps is 30' wide x 60' long, and there are 57 boat trailer parking spots plus 31 vehicle parking spaces to accommodate numerous boaters.
The park also provides a scenic location along the Chantry Canal where people can enjoy a picnic and/or take a walk on the boardwalk and watch the boats. The park is also perfect for our four-legged friends. Because dogs are allowed in this park and if there is no boat in the ramp, our four-legged friends also extensively enjoy the cool wet.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night. We charge USD 0.20 per kWh for electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
