This beautiful vacation home from 123cape.vacations is located in a lovely neighborhood in SW Cape Coral on a Gulf access canal. The private dock (with Tiki hut) and boat lift are available to guests. Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, this piece of paradise offers a spacious floor plan with 1,818 SF of living area, 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 single beds - Twin and Full size bed) and 2 baths, and well-equipped kitchen. The pool area faces west and includes an electrically heated saltwater pool that can be enjoyed on cooler days, too. This beautiful pool area creates a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, just perfect for a relaxing stay in the Sunshine State.
The home is pet-friendly and small dogs are allowed. Pet fee: $200 + tax.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
The number of guests and dogs needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests/pets and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 10.00/night.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.

The water pressure is an area wide issue that occasionally happens due to water supply offered by the city - very unfortunately nothing that we can fisee more

As I mentioned n my recent conversation with Tadie - the Lanai needs some attention. Specifically the floor as you cannot even clean the spots off of it. It is the source of all the 4 ratings. Otherwise they would all be 5's. So much time is spensee more

Otherwise they would all be 5's. So much time is spent enjoying that beautiful spot - it is really a focal point of the property - that any and all updates would add much to the overall experience. We had a wonderful time in this home! Great location in Cape Coral and close to
Ft Myer! The house was clean and pool was wonderful. We loved the lanai and being on the canal. We did some fishing on the canal and it was so much fun.
