Description
House Pelican from 123cape.vacations is an inviting vacation home that impresses with a huge pool area stretched along the entire back of the home. Features include 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds), 2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen and an open great room concept. The pool area faces east - think breakfast on the patio in the morning sun - and overlooks a Gulf access canal. Pool and spa can be electrically heated. The home is offered at a very reasonable price considering all the great features.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 22.00/night. We charge USD 0.20 per kWh for electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
