This inviting vacation home is located in SW Cape Coral off Sands Blvd, offering south exposure on a wide Gulf access canal. The spacious floor plan of 1,741 SF includes 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin beds), 2 baths (including a pool bath), a fully equipped and renovated kitchen, as well as both living room and family rooms. Stylish contemporary furnishings were added in 2015, and both bathrooms were beautifully remodeled in 2016. The pool can be electrically heated and the south facing patio is perfect for sunbathing while overlooking the wide canal and boat dock with Tiki hut. Bikes and fishing rods are available to guests as well.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge $0.14 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out. The home has a no pet policy!
