This very open and airy home from 123cape.vacations was built in 2000, and has been renovated and completely new furnished in 2015. Guests will find a spacious residence in the Southwest of Cape Coral with 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen), 2 baths, an electrically heated pool, and an outstanding location in a quiet Cul-de-sac Street on a Gulf Access Canal.
Enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the west facing patio. The furniture was carefully selected and the entire property is very well maintained. This beautiful house has an open floor plan with great room design and split bedrooms. Enjoy exciting sunsets from the large pool area with plenty of room for lounge chairs. A wonderful place to spend your Florida vacation!
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 20.00/night.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
