Description
A beautiful two-story home with a private pool from 123cape.vacations in the gated community "Moody River" on Hancock Bridge Pkwy in North Ft. Myers. Up to eight guests will find spacious accommodations that include 4 bedrooms, living room / family room concept, a fully equipped kitchen and two dining areas. Enjoy the electrically heated pool year round. The home is located on a Gulf access canal and a private dock is available to guests for fishing or docking a boat. Moody River offers a community pool, spa, tennis, playground, fitness center and more. Please note that the minimum rental period is 30 days, and that Association approval is required (separate fee). Security cameras in front of the house - for security purpose!
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge $0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
Please note: HOA approval needed - may take up to 15 business days! There is a $100.00 HOA Application Fee for up to 2 people and $50.00 per additional person over the age of 18 which will be charged separately. HOA application and approval is through Moody River Estates and not 123Cape Vacation Rentals! No pets!

The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night.
Boat lift and/or boat dock usage only with approval.
