Absolutely unique property from 123cape.vacations - Enjoy the fabulous views from this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse and watch the ships roll in. A screened lanai welcomes you to relax and enjoy the serenity of the birds, wildlife and an occasional dolphin swimming. The ground level of this very quaint, well-maintained home features a sunny eat-in kitchen & breakfast bar and a spacious living room with dining area. The upstairs has soaring vaulted ceilings, split-bedrooms and lots of natural light! Washer & Dryer are conveniently located on the 2nd floor between the bedrooms. The community pool is heated and open year-round and also offers an outdoor kitchen for all your entertaining needs.
Marinatown with it's variety of Restaurants & Bars is just a short walk and located just across the canal. There are 4 restaurants and bars where you can eat, drink and listen to live music. Marinatown also offers kayak rentals and a sunset cruise.
From November thru April there is a free trolley that takes you across the bridge in to Fort Myers and regular bus service year round.
The new Gold Line runs from Rosa Parks Transportation Center over the Caloosahatchee Bridge, and then loops back via North Key Drive to Beau Drive and Hancock Bridge Parkway. Then, it goes south on North Cleveland Avenue back across the bridge, and past First Street’s shopping, dining and entertainment spots before returning to Rosa Parks.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 15.00/night.
NO PARTIES OR YOUNG GROUPS UNDER 25 YEARS.
Please note: HOA approval needed - must be submitted at least 20 days prior to arrival! The application fee is USD 100 per person (over the age of 18) plus additional security deposit of USD 200 (refundable) to HOA. HOA application and approval is through Shipyard Villas Condominium Assoc. and not 123Cape Vacation Rentals!

Loved that it was clean - the location was perfect - you could walk to several restaurants and take the free trolley to downtown Fort Myers for all their wonderful events.
