This two-story dream home from 123cape.vacations with a prime location on a sailboat canal across from Cape Harbour in SW Cape Coral. The patio faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine. Both pool and spa are electrically heated. You can reach the river in a few minutes by boat, and from there it's not far to the Gulf of Mexico. On over 3,400 SF of living area, the home offers 4 spacious bedrooms (3 King, 2 Twin beds), 3.5 baths - including the large master suite with balcony on the upper floor - and an open, inviting design. The new, stylish furnishings were hand-selected and create a cheerful beach cottage feeling. Cape Harbour with its restaurants and shops is within easy walking distance; additional restaurants and stores are only a few minutes away by car. The home is perfect for boaters, a vacation with friends, and really anyone who wants to experience the luxurious Florida lifestyle for themselves.
Electric fee is included up to USD 10.00 per day - after that we charge USD 0.20 per kWh for the electric usage. Please pay the amount due at the check-out.
NO PETS ALLOWED!
The number of guests needs to be properly addressed and included in the booking confirmation in order to stay at the house.
Please understand that we will charge the additional guests or pet fee and a penalty fee of USD 500/week for incorrect or false information in reference to number of guests and/or violating the pet policy.
Children over age 3 are counted as paying guests. Nightly rate includes up to 4 guests; additional supplement per person from the 5th person: USD 25.00/night.

It is in an excellent location with Cape Harbour Marina one block away and its restaurants and small shops. It is a short drive to the grocery store, gas station, more restaurants and small shops. The house itself is very comfortable, the pool is dsee more
It is in an excellent location with Cape Harbour Marina one block away and its restaurants and small shops. It is a short drive to the grocery store, gas station, more restaurants and small shops. The house itself is very comfortable, the pool is designed well for actual swimming, everything was well appointed. The canal behind the house opens directly to the gulf which explains the dolphins we observed corralling fish around and beneath the dock. We have rented vacation homes in Cape Coral for a number of years and this is our top pick.
