A well-kept garden surrounds the Villa Surfside. A fountain splashes in front of the house, and palm trees reach into the sunny Florida sky.
An imposing crystal chandelier illuminates the huge living hall that extends over 2 floors. A large marble fireplace is the centerpiece of the living hall. In this are the living and dining area and a pool table. In the game corner there is an antique game table and 2 comfortable armchairs where you can play roulette or cards.
A waterfall quietly splashes along and radiates peace and coziness.
Large all-white fitted kitchen with ceramic stove top, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, double oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, and a glass table for 4 people.
The master suite comes with exit to the terrace, king-size bed, cozy reading corner, electric fireplace, 65-inch Smart TV, and an attached bathroom with double sinks, electric fireplace, make-up station and an LED shower with jets.
